Traditional Acupuncture - With needles

Although acupuncture may seem mysterious, it is an effective way to treat many health issues and to rebalance the body, as well as to prevent the development of diseases by improving your overall health.
I specialize in the treatment of health issues with a proven connexon between the body and the mind. These include chronic stress, anxiety, psychosomatic issues, depression, substance abuse problems or addictions and withdrawal symptoms.
Ideal if:

- You prefer acupuncture treatment with minimal use of needles and sensations;
- You wish to treat a health issue with an efficient traditional Chinese medicine technique.
LASER Acupuncture - Without needles (LASER - Light Amplification Stimulated by Emission of Radiation)

Using a LASER allows for acupuncture points stimulation without needles. In addition, it effectively reduces pain and diminishes inflammation in tissues.
Any health issue treated with acupuncture can be treated with a therapeutic laser. Moreover, there are added benefits from the diffusion of light beams in the tissues (photobiomodulation) which act directly on the cell, promoting the regeneration of tissues, reducing inflammation and relieving pain.
Ideal if:
- You don’t like needles;
- You are suffering from inflammation;
- You have muscle or joint pain.
Auriculopuncture - Ear acupuncture

Auriculopuncture involves inserting thin needles into very specific areas on the outer ear. It can be used to treat the same health issues as traditional acupuncture.
Auriculotherapy was developed by combining ancient Chinese acupuncture theories with reflex zones discovered on the outer ear. A complete and precise map of the human body within the confines of the outer ear makes it possible to treat various parts of the body (neck, back, hand, etc.), various systems (nervous, digestive, cardiovascular, etc.) and emotional states (anger, anxiety, fear, etc.) by treating only the outer ear.
Ideal if:
- You want a minimally invasive approach;
- You prefer to stay seated and not lie down;
- You are looking for a proven approach to support you in overcoming an addiction.
It is also possible to stimulate any point of the ear without needles. A therapeutic laser, tiny beads or tiny seeds can be used instead. The best-known use of auriculotherapy is certainly the NADA protocol, developed specifically for the treatment of addictions and withdrawal symptoms and now used also to treat stress and trauma. Cupping Therapy

Cupping therapy deeply relaxes all body tissues (muscles, fascia, tendons, ligaments), activates blood circulation and promotes mobility.
Cupping therapy is a very ancient eastern medicine method to treating health problems and is still commonly used amongst traditional Chinese medicine practitioners.
The suction produced by the cups applied on the body create space in the tissues, promoting blood circulation and stimulating the nervous system, bringing several benefits to the skin, muscles and joints.
Although cupping causes a suction that can sometimes be strong, the sensation should not be painful, on the contrary, it should remain pleasant and allow the body and mind to fully relax.
Ideal if:
- You have muscle stiffness or pain;
- You want to stimulate your nervous system;
- You suffer from swelling.
Please know that the suction from cups causes marks on the skin, most often red or of a bluish tone and that this is completely normal. Everyone is different, but usually these marks do not cause pain, gradually fade and disappear completely after 7 days.
